The following pictures show a variety of the functions available on the Custom Template Filler Form, much like the free form you have been using, but designed your specific needs. These screen captures are from actual clients' forms in current use. Your form -- just like the form for each client -- will be different of course, and can include any of the items shown as well as many other functions you may need. Items can even be added later if your listing needs change.

picture one: selecting the auction site automatically includes site-specific information by placing the necessary code into your template. Type in your item title, description and other variable listing information as required. Leaving a field empty means it won't show in the finished template. It's that simple to use.

picture two: each template offers up to five standard picture layouts with up to eight pictures total. Entry fields are provided for full URLs or just filenames as required. Full size and thumbnail pictures can be entered. Additional pictures and custom layouts are also possible.

picture three: need a chart for specific information? Any type of chart can be included. Fill in the fields for the specifics and leave those blank that you don't want included. Whatever type of chart you need, it can be pre-coded in the form so all you have to do is enter the information and the completed chart code will appear in the template. We do the work. You get the results.

picture four: shipping, payment and other information is selected or entered as required and when you have the form completed just click the button and your HTML code is created, fully edited, and ready to use. Default information can be provided so you don't have to type in things unless they change. If you do one thing most of the time, but occasionally change it, then the text you use most often can be pre-entered in any field.

picture five: graphics, banners, even whole blocks of standard text can be included by just ticking a box. The form "engine" does all the work behind the scenes. Titles, sub-titles and other text may be included or left blank as needed. Seasonal graphics can be pre-positioned and included as needed at the tick of a box. Sale text or other offers can be added or changed as required.

picture seven: phrases linked to other auctions or pages can be selected. Individual URLs can be built into the form or entered as needed. Gallery or cross-promotion image groupings can be selected. Want links to store categories? Just select the ones that most match your current lising and they will appear with pictures if you wish. In the sample shown, ten cross-promotion images are designated with the numbers of the store categories to which they will link. The link URLs and picture code is all handled automatically. You just enter the the information in the appropriate form entry boxes and/or select the tick boxes or radio buttons and let the magic happen.

The complete HTML code for your temlate appears in the box at the top of the second page of the Custom Template Filler Form. You just copy and paste this HTML code into the description box (select "Use Your Own HTML" tab) in the auction listing form. Your complete template is also displayed under the HTML code box so you can see the results before listing your auction.
